Who are we?

Lawford United Football Club is a friendly, community-focused grassroots club based in Long Lawford, Rugby. We provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for children of all abilities to enjoy and develop through football. With teams competing in the Mid Warwickshire and Coventry Football Leagues, our club supports boys and girls from a variety of backgrounds to learn, grow, and have fun as part of a team.

Run entirely by dedicated volunteers, Lawford United is more than just a football club — it’s a place where young players build confidence, form friendships, and develop life skills on and off the pitch. We’re proud to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect in everything we do.

By keeping football affordable and accessible, we make sure every child has the opportunity to play, regardless of experience or background. Whether it’s match days, training sessions, or community events, Lawford United is committed to creating a safe, positive and inclusive space for young people to thrive.
